9月5日至8日，袁爱俊校长作为中教育代表团成员，出席了在瑞士日内瓦举行的联合国教科文组织国际教育大会第46届会议。来自180多个国家的80多位部长和近千名代表与会，中国派出了以教育部副部长章新胜为团长的7人代表团出席了此次会议。该会议的中心议题是“开展学会和睦相处的全民教育：学习内容和学习方法——问题和解决办法。”
From Sept 5 – 8, principle Yuan Aijun, as member of the delegation
of China Education, attended the 46th International Conference sponsored
by UNESCO in Geneva. Nearly 1000 representatives from over 180 countries,
including more than 80 Ministers attended this conference. China sent
a 7 member delegation led by vice Minister of Education Mr. Zhang
Xinsheng.
