On the afternoon of March 26, 44
students and teaching staff paid a visit to our school. Since the
establishment of sister-school relationship, personnel from their
school have visited us once a year for nine years. Principle Yuan
Aijun delivered a welcoming speech at the reception ceremony. Mr.
represented the High School, also made a speech. During the speech
he said that he is a teacher of history and feels greatly sorry for
the crime of the Japanese invaders to the Chinese civilians during
the Second World War. Some Right- ring textbooks on history. But as
a teacher, he would tell his students the truth and told them to remember
this period of history so that the Japanese and the Chinese will be
good neighbors for decades. His speech enjoyed a great applause from
students and teachers of both sides.
