李艳、迟加力老师率领学生陈燕苏、朱兴帆、何秋凌、许首文、郭云、赵伯君、李蹊、黎路、陈竞舸等9名学生赴美国纽约联合国国际学校参加二十六届国际学生年会。这是一个向全世界各个国家都发出邀请的大会，中国是第一次参加。此次会议的主题是：“种族歧视，如何在给我们的世界留下伤疤”，我校学生作了充分准备，积极参加了会议组织的各项活动。 9 students attended the 26th International Students Annual Meeting in the International School of the United Union in America. It was the first time that China had taken part in the meeting. The theme of the meeting is ‘How does race discrimination leave scars in the world?’ Our students made full preparation and took an active part in activities. |

物理特级教师王敏参加了在法国巴黎的联合国教科文总部举行的“首届国际物理女性问题”会议。我国到会的7名代表来自从事科研和教育的女性，王敏老师是基础教育界的唯一代表。 Ms. Wang Min, a senior teacher of Physics attended the first International Physics—Women Problem Conference organized by UNESCO. Seven Chinese women representatives were all from science and education field. Ms. Wang was the only representative from education filed. |

德国柏林市安娜中学51名师生来我校访问交流，该校师生与我校师生已有两次互访交流，两校学生之间虽然只有暂短几天的学习，交流活动，但是彼此间却留下美好而深刻的印象。 From May 15 to 16, fifty-one students and teachers from Anna High School in Berlin, Germany paid a visit to our school. So far, our school has had twice exchange visits with Anna High School. Though students from two schools had only a few days studying and playing together, they had left each other a remarkable memory. |

北师大实验中学举办了“尊重、合作、发展”——学会和睦相处“首届中学生国际论坛”，共有四国五所（日本吉祥女子高中、美国BBC乐团、北京中加学校、北京育荣学校）学校的200名师生参加。各国学生围绕学会和睦相处用英语做了精彩的发言。通过论坛活动，向世界展示了实验中学及中国学生的风采。另外，美国旧金山的尤方玉屏学校、加拿大渥太华市的科隆纳拜学校向大会发来了贺信。 The Experimental Middle School attached to Beijing Normal University held “Respect Cooperation Development” the first forum for Second School Students. Over 200 teachers and students from Japan Promising Female Institutes of Higher Learning, American BBC Jazz Band, Beijing Concord College of Sino- Canada and Yu Rong Secondary School attended the conference. Students from these four countries made excellent speeches in English whose topics concerned about learning to live in harmony. Our students did a great job and showed their high spirits to their foreign friends. Besides, Yu Fang Yu Ping School In San Francisco and Colonel By School in Ottawa had sent their letters of congratulations. |

英国Miufield学校教师来校招收音乐特长生。经面试，高一年级刁忍、初二年级王欢同学被该校录取，将于今年9月进入该校学习。
该项目是通过英国朋友Temple先生（中国信息网公司总裁）牵线搭桥，使我校与英国学校建立了联系。该校将每年从我校招收两名乐器方面的特长生，
给被录取的学生提供90％的奖学金、一年往返两次机票、在英国期间的监护人费用。 Teachers from Miufield School, London came to enroll students with music talents. After a face-to-face interview, student Diao Ren from senior 1 and Wang Huang from Junior 2 were enrolled finally. They will start their study in Miufield this September. This program was promoted by Mr. Temple (President of China Information Site) from Britain. These two students can get 90 per cent of the scholarship and round trip tickets a year. |

根据中国与新加坡两国教育部达成的协议，新加坡英华独立中学、克信女子中学、四德女子中学、莱佛士书院、莱佛士女中，维多利亚学校和武吉班让政府中学等七所学校的53名师生来华，与中国学生进行一次较有规模的友谊交流。师大实验中学、师大附中、师大二附中清华附中、人大附中等北京名校对口接待客人。我校待了武吉班让政府中学的9名学生。中、新学生一起上课，并学习了篆刻、中国民俗、中国功夫。客人参观了北京大学，游览了万里长城、颐和园和恭王府，观赏了京剧《盗库银》、《霸王别姬》，到王府井品尝了北京小吃，到中国学生家中共度周末。新加坡客人对中国的优秀传统文化颇感兴趣，对北京人的好客盛情留下了深刻印象。
9 students from Singapore came to study in our school. They had classes with our students every day and had learned seal carving, Chinese culture and martial arts. Our guests visited many places, like Peking University, the Great Wall, summer Palace and so on. They watched Peking opera ,tasted Beijing traditional snacks and spent weekends in Chinese families. Our guests paid great interest to Chinese culture and customs. The generosity of Beijing people had left deep impression to them. |

美国麻省鹿原（Deerfield）高中师生15人到我校进行交流、学习，美国师生们住在中国学生家庭里。美国学生们在学校学习汉语及中国的传统文化如书法、京剧欣赏、画脸谱、武术、篆刻等，在学习期间，学生们游览了北京的名胜，参观京剧院，参加有浓郁中国文化的各类活动。该校学生聪明活泼，素养高，对汉语及中国文化表现出极大的兴趣，学习态度非常认真，在短短的一周时间里，给我校的学生、家长、老师留下深刻的印象，结下深厚的友情。 15 students and teachers of Deerfield Senior High School in Massachusetts paid a visit to our school for exchange and study. American students lived in Chinese students’ families. At school, they learned Chinese, Chinese culture and calligraphy. They also learned Peking opera, facial makeup drawings, martial arts and seal carving, etc. During their stay, they had visited places of interest in Beijing and taken part in different activities with Chinese tradition and customs. |

美国波士顿市明敦学校师生12人到我校学习交流。该校从1986年与我校建立友好交流关系，是改革开放后第一所与我结成友好交流关系的美国学校。16年来，该校总计有150名师生来我校学习和交流，我校先后有20位教师到该校学习、工作。2000年3月曾派76人的管弦乐队来我校与我校乐队共同演出，表达了两国、两校之间建立的友好深情。
12 teachers and students from Ming Ton School in Boston, USA paid a regular visit to our school. Since 1986, our school has been undertaking an exchange program with Ming Ton School, which is the first American school had built friendly tie with our school after China’s open policy. Within these 16 years, Ming Ton School has sent over 150 teachers and students to our school for exchange and study. 20 teachers of our school have been to the school for study and teaching. In March 2000 orchestras of Ming Ton School and our school played together to express their profound friendship. |

我校兰茵、霍元巽两位老师带领30名学生前往英国参加修学旅行活动。学生的学习、交流、旅游观光生活丰富多彩，活动取得圆满成功。
同学们在英国Working语言学院学习一周并在当地家庭寄宿，亲身感受到英国学校和家庭的环境和气氛，感受到他们与我们不同的学习和生活方式，提高了英语口语表达能力。同学们全部完成了该校精心设计的培训课程，获得了学院颁发的结业证书并得到了他们及高的评价（近年来培训的外国学生中水平座高、表现最好的一批——该校教学主任语）。在与国际友人的交往中，同学们展现出中国现代中学生的文明风貌。不同层次班级的同学都给该校老师留下了深刻的印象，在他们的心目中
树立了“中国学生”、“实验人”的形象。师生们还参观和游览了众多的英国著名博物馆和旅游景点，其中有格林威治天文台、古天象台、海事博物馆、大英博物馆、伦敦塔桥、白金汉宫、戴安娜故居、福尔摩斯纪念馆、莎士比亚故居、剑桥大女王学院、国王学院、康桥剑河、牛津大学城、伊顿公学院、温莎城堡、亨利八世行宫、皇家古城堡、苏格兰的爱丁堡等。
通过学习参观，同学们对英国的学校、历史、文化、国情、民俗有了较为具体的感受，同时也开阔了视野，增长了知识，这无疑有利于今后自身的全面发展。
Two teacher and 30 students of our school paid a tour trip to Britain. Students had one week’s study in Working Language College and lived with the local families there. They learned not only the original English language but customs and cultures. Our students successfully completed all the car efully designed courses and had gained high praises. Students also visited many places of interest, like Greenwich Astronomical Observatory, London Bridge, Buckingham, Cambridge College, Shakespeare’s former residence, etc. Through their study and visit, the students had enlarged their knowledge about Britain’s customs, history and people, and had greatly improved their language ability, which undoubtedly would be helpful to their future studies. |

学生处副主任许纯厚和艾立川老师带领19名学生赴欧洲的法国、德国、意大利、奥地利、梵蒂冈等五国访问交流，学生们印象最深刻的是在德国的交流活动。在德国南方的小镇新明斯科市，赴欧洲交流团的成员受到该市的市长的接见，学生们被安排住在当地一所中学的学生家里，受到了热情款待。高一（6）班的王婧同学在她的《旅欧回忆》中写到：“这五个国家各有特色也都让我流连忘返，但是给我印象最深刻的是在德国停留的那三天——与德国热情奔放的人们相识的三天。” Vice director of the Student Department Mr. Xu Chunhou and the teacher Ai Lichuan , together with 19 students paid a visit to France, Germany, Italy, Austria and Vatican. The visit to Germany had left a great impression to our students. Teachers and students were warmly welcomed and were arranged to live in the students’ families of the small town. The hosts were so generous that student Wang Jing in her memoir wrote: “All the five countries have showed their own amazing features to me, which attract me a lot. But what impresses most is German people’s generosity.” |

我校接待了来自韩国（28人）、美国（5人）、德国（1人）、意大利（1人）的中学生，为他们安排了丰富的学习及活动内容。他们除了学习汉语，还学习了书法、篆刻、绘京剧脸谱、武术、北京民俗、中国音乐等。外国学生们对学习汉语和中国传统文化表现出极大的兴趣和热情，对参与接待的教职工、学生、家长的周到服务给予高度赞誉。
Our school had received 28 Korean students, 5 American students and one student from Germany and Italy respectively. We have arranged very rich study contents for them. Besides Chinese, they had to learn calligraphy, seal carving, facial makeup drawing, martial arts, Chinese customs and music. Foreign students have shown great interest and enthusiasm in learning Chinese customs and culture. |

实验中学接待了来自德国的17名YFU（国际学生交流项目）学生。德国学生住在YFV安排的志愿者家庭，实验中学为他们安排了丰富的学习及活动内容，通过学习汉语、浏览首都名胜古迹，他们了解了北京，了解了中国。
Our school received 17 YFU students from Germany. The students were arranged to live with the volunteers’ families. Our school provided rich and colorful lessons and activities. By learning the language and visits to places of interest, foreign students learned a lot about Beijing and China. |

俄罗斯莫斯科市第十一学校校长率师生访华团来我进行了友好交流。两校校长发表了热情的讲话，两校学生演唱了对方国家的歌曲，引起双方师生的强烈共鸣，袁校长陪同莫斯科市第十一学校校长参观了校园，双方就今后开展的交流项目进行了深入的探讨。我校选修俄语课的学生与客人用汉语、俄语、英语进行了交谈，气氛热烈而友好。临别前双方师生共同高唱汉语歌曲《找朋友》，依依惜别。
Principal of the Eleventh School in Moscow led a delegation to our school for exchange and study. Both the principals of our school and the Eleventh School addressed passionate speeches and students sand songs of the other country. Students who took Russian optional course communicated with Russian friends in Russian, English and Chinese. At the departure party, Chinese and Russian students sang the Chinese song ‘finding friends’ harmoniously. They spent a great time together. |

实验中学接待了台北市中山女子高中校长丁亚雯率领的台北教师访问团，袁爱俊校长介绍了我校的情况后，双方就课程设置、教材改革、学校管理等问题进行了探讨。访问团的老师们分头听了语文课和数学课，并与上课教师进行了座谈，他们对学校自编的语文教材颇感兴趣，并购买了教材和教学参考资料。
President Ding Yawen of Taipei Zhongshan Girls’ School and the school staff visited our school. President Yuan introduced the history of our school and then two parts discussed the problems concerning the curriculum, teaching materials and school management. Teachers of the delegation attended Chinese and mathematics classes and discussed problems with our teachers. They were quite interested in the teaching materials designed by our school and bought several copies and the teachers’ reference books. |

以朝鲜教育相边永立为团长的朝鲜教育代表团来我校参观，袁爱俊校长向朝鲜客人介绍了学校开展信息技术教育的情况，并陪同客人参观了演播室、计算机教室、实验室、体育馆，代表团还观摩了运用信息技术进行教学的历史课和音乐课。
教育相边永立一行是应中国政府邀请来华访问的，访问期间他受到了李岚清副总理的接见并签署了《中朝2002——2010年教育交流合作协议》。
A Korean delegation in the charge of Korean education minister Bian Yuli paid a visit to our school. Principal Yuan Aijun introduced the situation of information technology in our school, and showed around the guests to our computer rooms, laboratories and gym. The delegation also attended the music and history classes by using information technology. Invited by the Chinese government, Minister Bian Yuli signed ‘Sino-South Korea 2002-2010 Education Communication and Exchange Agreement’ with vice premier Li Lanqing |

She listened to the report concerning Japan’s basic education and visited more than 10 schools including junior high schools, senior high schools, vocational schools and specialized schools.
